One supply line

Plumbing and heating on one side, electrical on the other

A first-fix and a second-fix job both need two trades. Buying them from one supply line means one quotation, one packing plan and one shipment instead of two of everything.

01

Plumbing & heating

Manifolds with flow meters, thermostatic radiator valves, electric actuators, bimetallic radiators and thermal-oil or biomass boilers.

02

Electrical & control

Heating wiring centres, RF thermostat controllers and the terminal and wiring accessories a zoned heating installation needs.

03

Water systems & fittings

Pre-filtration and differential-pressure balance assemblies, brass and stainless fittings, and the spare parts that go with them.

04

Own-brand programmes

Valve, manifold and wiring-centre production carrying your own brand, labelling and carton printing.

Job kits

Complete a job in one order

Three starting points that group the ranges the way a job actually runs, so one quotation covers the whole installation.

How an order runs

Five steps from enquiry to container

Every order follows the same five steps, so what arrives is what was quoted.

Manufacturing
01

Size and thread review

The item, the thread standard, the pressure rating and the job it has to do are agreed.

02

Line and material matching

Brass, stainless or carbon steel bodies are matched to the circuit and the medium.

03

Sample unit for sign-off

A sample is sent so the fit is checked on site before a volume order.

04

Machining and pressure test

Bodies are machined, assembled and pressure-tested, and the result is recorded against the batch.

05

Packing, loading, documents

The agreed packing is filled, labelled and loaded, and the document set travels with the goods.

Documents

The paperwork travels with the goods

Documentation is prepared per order and per destination market, not left to the buyer to chase.

01 Product data Sizes, threads, materials and pressure and temperature ratings for the line supplied.
02 Test record Pressure and function test results recorded against the batch that ships.
