Specification and product matching
The installation, the required specification, the limits that matter and the destination are reviewed before anything is committed to the order.
Incoming inspection
Each delivery is checked on receipt for identity, quantity, packing condition and the batch number against the order.
Documentation
The technical data sheet, material certificate and approval data are assembled per order and prepared for the destination market.
Batch testing
The batch is inspected and pressure-tested against the agreed specification and the result is recorded before the certificate is issued.
Packing and dispatch
The agreed format is packed, sealed and labelled to the order, and the documents are packed so they travel with the goods.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities
With more than 15 years of experience in plumbing, heating and electrical supplies, we operate a modern production facility with skilled workers and a monthly capacity of several hundred thousand fittings, valves and accessories.
Production Lines
Brass machining and forging: CNC machining and hot forging of valves, manifolds and fittings to ISO 228 thread standards.
Assembly and testing: automated assembly of thermostatic heads, manifolds and heating controls with 100% pressure and leak testing.
Electrical assembly: wiring centres, thermostats and cable accessories assembled and function-tested on dedicated lines.
Final packing: individual boxing, labelling and container loading with in-line quantity and appearance inspection.
Quality Control
Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every valve and manifold is pressure tested and leak tested before packing, and batch samples undergo endurance testing in our laboratory.
R&D and Customization
Our engineering team develops new models every year and supports OEM/ODM projects from drawing to mass production, including custom moulds, thread standards, logos, colours and packaging designed for your market.
