Three questions and the shortlist is half the size

1 Electrical duty
Voltage and current rating Tolerance and grade Temperature range Derating and duty cycle
2 Footprint & assembly

Send three answers and we return a shortlist with the differences between equivalents written out — no obligation to order.

Frequently specified

Parts design and procurement teams ask for first

Representative part numbers across passives, connectors, semiconductor devices and sensors. Any of them can be quoted as a standalone line or as part of a kit.

Why sourcing teams work with us

Four things that decide whether a programme runs smoothly

Cross-reference first Send the original part number and the parameters that cannot move; we return pin-compatible and equivalent options with the differences listed.
Incoming control Lots are checked on receipt for marking, packaging and quantity before anything is released to a programme or an assembly line.
Assembly-ready packing Reel, tube, tray and cut-tape formats with labels that match your part numbers and feeder setup.
Records for an audit Lot traceability, change records and declaration packs kept so your quality team can answer a customer audit without chasing us.

Documentation is prepared per destination market — declarations, material sheets and test reports are assembled for the parts you select.

From brief to shipment

Six stages, one owner per stage

Manufacturing
Step Stage What happens Output
01 Part and drawing review Part numbers, drawings or a BOM are read against the parameters that must match. Matched part list with alternatives
02 Incoming inspection Receipt is checked for marking, packaging and quantity, then registered as a lot. Incoming record and lot number
03 Assembly and programming SMT and through-hole assembly, marking and device programming where the part requires it. Assembled and marked goods
04 Functional test Electrical function and outgoing sampling against the agreed specification. Test record per batch
05 Packing and labelling Reel, tube, tray or cut-tape with labels matched to your part numbering. Labelled packing units
06 Documents and dispatch Declarations, packing list and shipping documents gathered before the goods leave. Complete document set
Quality and traceability

What is checked before a part reaches your line

Incoming inspection

Marking, quantity, packing integrity and documentation checked before a lot is released.

Functional test

Electrical function verified against the agreed specification, with the record kept per batch.

Lot traceability

A number quoted on your purchase order can be traced back to its incoming record and test result.

Documentation

Paperwork prepared for your market

Certificate
Datasheets Electrical and mechanical data for the parts you select
Material sheets Composition and substance statements for the destination market
Test reports Functional and outgoing sampling records per batch
Packing statements Reel, tray and labelling specification for your line
Solutions

Supply programmes for every buying channel

Distribution stock, EMS line feed, OEM private label and after-market support — each planned as a repeat-supply relationship rather than a single shipment.

How a programme starts

Four steps from part list to repeat order

The first three steps take days, not weeks — most of the time goes into matching parameters and preparing samples.

  1. Send the list

Part numbers, quantities, package preference and destination market — one message is enough to start.

  2. Parameter match

We confirm what matches, flag what differs and return equivalents where a second source is useful.

  3. Samples for approval

Evaluation quantities or a sample reel so the part is approved on your own assembly line.

  4. Volume and repeat supply

Packing, labelling and call-off planned together so the second order is a repeat, not a new project.

We supply passive components such as resistors, capacitors and inductors, plus connectors and electromechanical parts, semiconductors, sensors and complete kits. Every line is bought through authorised distribution or from verified stock, so a BOM can be covered by one supplier instead of one per family.
Yes, that is most of what we do. Send the part number, a BOM or a drawing. We check availability and authorised supply for each line, propose equivalents where the original is hard to obtain, and list the differences in the parameters that matter instead of hiding them.
MOQ follows the packaging unit of the part: for many passive components that means one full reel, tube or tray, and for semiconductors one manufacturer pack. For parts that are marked or programmed to your specification the MOQ is agreed per part and confirmed on the quotation.
Samples can be arranged for most parts, subject to stock and the manufacturer minimum pack. Sample cost and freight are payable in advance, and samples normally ship within a few working days of confirmation.
Parts held in stock are packed and dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation. Parts that have to be sourced follow the manufacturer lead time, which we state on the quotation before you commit. Air and sea freight are both available and transit time depends on the destination.
Components are bought through authorised distribution or from verified stock. Every lot is inspected on receipt and registered against the incoming record, and the number on your purchase order leads back to that record and to the test result for the lot.
