Your BOM or schematic is reviewed line by line: footprints, ratings, second sources and lifecycle status are confirmed before anything is committed to tooling or stock.
Every incoming lot is checked against its datasheet before it reaches the line: marking, dimensions, tolerance bands and moisture-sensitive packaging all get a pass or fail.
Boards run through solder-paste printing, placement and reflow with AOI after every pass; through-hole and connector parts are hand-soldered at controlled temperature.
Modules are cabled, potted and closed, then flashed with your firmware or parameter set; the serial number is bound to the lot and to the test record it produced.
Electrical test and burn-in run against the drawing; passed parts are marked, dry-packed where required and cartoned with the paperwork the destination market expects.
