Inside the build

Manufacturing

Gear cutting, assembly, routine testing and documentation handled under one roof.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 15 years of experience in agricultural spraying equipment, AgroSpray operates a modern 45,000 m² production facility with more than 300 skilled workers and a monthly capacity of 150,000 sprayers.

Production Lines

  • Plastic molding: in-house injection and blow molding of UV-resistant HDPE tanks from 1L to 25L.

  • Pump assembly: automated lines for diaphragm and plunger pumps with 100% pressure testing.

  • Battery packs: certified 12V lithium battery production with charge-discharge cycle testing.

  • Final assembly: six assembly lines with in-line leakage and spray pattern inspection.

Quality Control

Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every sprayer is pressure tested and leak tested before packing, and batch samples undergo endurance testing in our laboratory.

R&D and Customization

Our engineering team develops new models every year and supports OEM/ODM projects from drawing to mass production, including custom molds, logos, colors and packaging designed for your market.

We welcome factory audits and video inspections. Contact us to schedule a visit or request our latest capability report.

What happens before an order leaves

Routine testing

Every unit runs at rated load, with ratio, backlash, noise and temperature checked.

Load run-in

Continuous running before release, so early faults show up in the workshop and not on site.

Packing

Protective wrapping, rust prevention, corner protection and crating prepared for the shipping route.

Documentation

Datasheet, installation notes and spare-part list packed with the shipment.

Build stages

Three stages, one order

01

Machining bay

Gear cutting, hobbing, grinding, heat treatment and shaft preparation.

02

Assembly bay

Bearings, seals, housings and the final assembly of the complete unit.

03

Test bay

Routine testing, run-in, final inspection, packing and labelling.

Checks before packing

  • Ratio accuracy Ratio, backlash and running torque verified against the order
  • Casing and sealing Casing integrity, oil seals and coupling alignment checked unit by unit
  • Surface protection Paint, coating and rust-preventive treatment suited to the destination climate
  • Marking and documents Nameplate data, manuals and certificates confirmed against the order
