01

Duty review

Torque, speed, ratio, span or rating are checked against the application.

02

Selection

Frame size, mounting position and interface are fixed and quoted.

03

Approval

Dimension drawings and data sheets are issued for your sign-off.

04

Build and test

Machining, assembly and the run-in test are recorded per unit.

05

Documents and shipping

Packing list, inspection records and export documents travel with the goods.

Sourcing questions

Answered before you ask

1What power transmission products do you offer?
We supply a complete range of power transmission and distribution equipment, including gearboxes and gear reducers in helical, bevel, worm, planetary, cycloidal and harmonic designs, precision machined gears and shafts, flexible couplings, overhead transmission conductors, insulators and grid accessories. Our components serve power grid, industrial engineering, new energy and infrastructure projects.
2Can you customize products with our logo and branding?
Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services, including your logo printed or cast on the housing, custom housing colours, branded packaging, user manuals in your language, and custom specifications such as gear ratio, torque rating, mounting arrangement, shaft and bore dimensions, insulation class and conductor cross-section.
3What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 100-200 units per model depending on the product line. For customized colors, logos or packaging the MOQ is usually 500 units. Mixed-model container orders are welcome, and we can help you combine products to fill a 20ft or 40ft container.
4Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. Samples of standard models are available from stock and normally ship within 3-5 days by express. Sample cost and freight are payable in advance and refundable against your first bulk order. Customized samples take about 7-15 days.
5How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after deposit and confirmation of all details. Customized orders may need 35-45 days. Sea freight transit time depends on your port; we arrange FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery as required.
6How do you ensure quality and reliability?
Every unit passes dimensional inspection, load and no-load running tests and, where applicable, insulation or pressure checks before packing. Housings and gears are machined to ISO tolerance grades, conductors meet IEC and EN standards, and our factory runs ISO 9001 quality management. Products carry CE certification and test reports can be supplied with each shipment.
