Terms of Service

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to quotations, orders and supply of material handling equipment through this website. They form part of the agreement between you and the operator of this site.

2. Quotations and orders

A quotation states the products, configuration, quantity, price, Incoterms, lead time and validity period. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Drawings and specifications agreed before the order form part of the contract.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in the quotation and exclude taxes, freight and insurance unless noted. Payment terms, deposits and milestones are agreed per order. Title to the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.

4. Lead time and delivery

Lead times are estimates based on the configuration and current load. Delivery dates are confirmed with the order and follow the agreed Incoterms. Risk passes to the buyer as stated in the Incoterms used.

5. Inspection and acceptance

Units are inspected before dispatch. On arrival, check the shipment against the packing list. Notify us of any visible damage or shortage within the period stated in the order documents so we can act with the carrier.

6. Warranty

Equipment is covered by the warranty stated in the quotation and manuals. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover wear, misuse, unauthorised modification or improper handling. Spare parts are available on request.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the equipment beyond what cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in the order, and disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Where cross-border supply applies, the agreed Incoterms and the destination market import rules also apply.
