FAQ

Load classes, standards, lead times, test documents, spare parts and shipping, answered in plain language.

1What types of material handling equipment do you offer?
We supply a full range of material handling equipment for warehouses, production lines and distribution centres: manual and electric pallet trucks, stackers, forklifts and reach trucks, hand trucks and trolleys, conveyors, lift tables, hoists, racking and dock accessories. Tell us the load, the aisle and the destination and we will recommend the right units.
2Can you customize equipment with our logo and branding?
Yes. We offer private-label and engineered-to-order options: your logo on the unit and packaging, custom paint colours, specific fork lengths, wheel types, lift heights and power sources. Send us the specification or a sample and we will confirm what can be adapted before quoting.
3What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock models the minimum order is one unit, so you can test a single machine before committing to volume. Private-label and engineered-to-order units usually start from a small batch; we will state the exact MOQ on your quotation.
4Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can send a sample unit, or arrange a video inspection and load test of a stock machine, so you can check build quality, controls and finish before a bulk order. Sample cost and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
5How long does production and delivery take?
Stock models ship within a few working days. Engineered-to-order and private-label units typically take several weeks depending on the configuration and current load. Transit time depends on your destination and the Incoterms agreed; we confirm a realistic schedule on the order.
6How do you ensure quality and reliability?
Every unit is inspected before dispatch: function, hydraulics or drive, brakes and controls, plus a load run-in where the model requires it. Load tables and inspection records travel with the shipment, and spare parts are available to keep units working.
7How is the equipment packed and shipped?
Units are wrapped for rust prevention, protected at the corners and crated or braced for the shipping route. Container loading is planned to use space efficiently, and packing lists, load tables and installation notes are supplied with each shipment.
8What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
The product type, the load or capacity you need, the lift height or dimensions, wheel or power requirements, the quantity and the destination market. A photo of your racking or aisle also helps. With that we can quote the right unit, the options and the lead time.
