Manufacturing
Assembly, inspection and documentation handled in our own bays before every unit is packed.
Our build work happens in dedicated bays rather than a single line, so each stage keeps its own checks. Frame and fork assembly, drive and control fitting, then function testing and load run-in all take place before a unit is cleared for packing.
We work to the specification on the order. Rated load, lift height, fork length, wheel type and power source are confirmed against the drawing, and any private-label or engineered-to-order detail is recorded so repeat orders match the first one.
Inspection is part of the build, not a step at the end. Pre-delivery checks, load run-in and packing records are kept per order, and we can send the current inspection sheet for a specific unit on request.
What happens before an order leaves
Pre-delivery inspection
Every unit is checked for function, drive or hydraulics, brakes and controls before release.
Load run-in
Units are run under load before release, so early faults show up in the workshop and not on site.
Packing
Protective wrapping, rust prevention, corner protection and crating prepared for the shipping route.
Documentation
Load table, installation notes and spare-part list packed with the shipment.
Three bays, one order
Frame and fork bay
Frame fabrication, fork and mast assembly, wheel, castor and hydraulic fitting.
Drive and control bay
Motors or hand pumps, controllers, batteries and the final assembly of the complete unit.
Test bay
Function testing, load run-in, final inspection, packing and labelling.
Checks before packing
- Load and stability Rated load, stability and brake performance verified against the order
- Hydraulics and controls Hydraulic integrity, seals and control response checked unit by unit
- Surface protection Paint, coating and rust-preventive treatment suited to the destination climate
- Marking and documents Rating plate data, manuals and certificates confirmed against the order
