Duty grades

Three grades, one decision

Handling equipment is bought by duty, not by catalogue page. Match the grade to the load and the aisle and the shortlist follows from it.

Light duty

Cartons, totes and mixed pallets handled by hand or with light powered assistance.

Standard duty

Full pallets moved every shift on powered pallet trucks, stackers and short conveyor runs.

Heavy duty

Block stacking, trailer loading and continuous conveyor runs with rider and heavy units.

Solutions
Service & aftercare

What happens after the unit ships

Spares, wear parts and technical support are held for the equipment we supply. Three stages cover the working life of a unit.

Manufacturing

Commissioning

Delivery check, pre-operation inspection and an operator briefing on site or by video.

Spares & wear parts

Wheels, hydraulics, batteries and control parts held as service kits for repeat orders.

Technical support

Load and duty questions, drawing revisions and repair guidance answered by the same team.

Documentation pack

Drawings, load tables, declaration documents and the service guide travel with every unit.

Revision control

Updates to a drawing or a load table are reissued against the original order reference.

Documentation

Papers that travel with the goods

Material and inspection records, declaration documents and the installation guide are issued per order. Ask for a specific document and we will send the current revision.

Certificate

Looking for a declaration or a load table that is not listed? Name the document and the order reference and we will send the current revision.

Sourcing questions

Answered before you ask

1What types of material handling equipment do you offer?
We supply a full range of material handling equipment for warehouses, production lines and distribution centres: manual and electric pallet trucks, stackers, forklifts and reach trucks, hand trucks and trolleys, conveyors, lift tables, hoists, racking and dock accessories. Tell us the load, the aisle and the destination and we will recommend the right units.
2Can you customize equipment with our logo and branding?
Yes. We offer private-label and engineered-to-order options: your logo on the unit and packaging, custom paint colours, specific fork lengths, wheel types, lift heights and power sources. Send us the specification or a sample and we will confirm what can be adapted before quoting.
3What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock models the minimum order is one unit, so you can test a single machine before committing to volume. Private-label and engineered-to-order units usually start from a small batch; we will state the exact MOQ on your quotation.
4Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can send a sample unit, or arrange a video inspection and load test of a stock machine, so you can check build quality, controls and finish before a bulk order. Sample cost and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
5How long does production and delivery take?
Stock models ship within a few working days. Engineered-to-order and private-label units typically take several weeks depending on the configuration and current load. Transit time depends on your destination and the Incoterms agreed; we confirm a realistic schedule on the order.
6How do you ensure quality and reliability?
Every unit is inspected before dispatch: function, hydraulics or drive, brakes and controls, plus a load run-in where the model requires it. Load tables and inspection records travel with the shipment, and spare parts are available to keep units working.
