Materials put through test
Samples are drawn from the playfield sheet, the cabinet board and the edge banding, the decorative film and screen print, the puck and striker mouldings, the rail and corner caps, and the cable insulation and plug. Each material is tested as supplied, and the report names the supplier batch so a change of material can be tracked back to it.
Restricted substances and migration
Materials are screened for the restricted substances list covering heavy metals, phthalates, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and short-chain chlorinated paraffins. Where a table is sold for family use with children, the playing surface and the parts a child can reach are additionally assessed against the toy safety standard, including migration limits and mechanical hazards.
Electrical safety and documentation sets
Blower, power supply and cord set carry their own safety approvals, and we keep the current certificate for each part. Buyers who need a consolidated submission receive the test reports, the material declarations from the moulders and board mills, and a statement of conformity listing the report numbers and the production date the samples came from.
Validity and repeat testing
Reports stay valid while the material, the supplier and the process are unchanged. We re-test when a material is substituted, when a supplier moves production, or when the applicable rule is revised. Buyers with their own testing programme are welcome to nominate a laboratory and we will ship sample material from the production batch.
Our sales desk helps with table sizes, blower voltage, spare parts and container planning.
