Scope of the certificate
The quality management system covers the design, manufacture and export packing of air hockey tables, game tables and their electrical sub-assemblies. The certificate names the manufacturing site, so a buyer can confirm which plant is actually covered before placing a private-label order.
Control at each production station
Production runs through six inspection stations: cabinet and panel intake, playfield and blower assembly, electronics and scoring, airflow and glide testing, branding and finishing, and export packing. Each station has a written work instruction, the tools and gauges it needs, and a sign-off before the work moves on. Records from every station are filed against the production batch, so a unit can be traced back through the blower it received and the batch of playfield material it was built from.
Non-conforming product and corrective action
Units that fail glide, bounce, blower output or electrical checks are moved to a locked holding area rather than back into the line. The cause is written up, the affected batch is reviewed, and the corrective action is verified on the next production run. Repeat issues trigger a supplier review with the component maker.
What a buyer audit will see
Buyers are welcome to audit the plant, either directly or through a third-party inspection company. A typical visit walks the stations in production order, reviews incoming inspection records for the blower and the playfield material, checks calibration labels on the test bench, and reviews the last twelve months of corrective actions. Two working days' notice is enough for us to have the records ready.
Our sales desk helps with table sizes, blower voltage, spare parts and container planning.
