Supply assurance

Four things agreed before the material ships

A chemical order is a specification, a document set, a packing plan and a route. Each one is settled with you rather than after the container leaves.

01

Specification

The assay, the limits that matter to your process, the form and the net weight are confirmed against the grade before the order is fixed.

Agreed spec Written specification and grade reference
02

Documents

Technical data, the batch certificate of analysis and safety information are assembled per order and per destination market.

Document set TDS, COA and safety data with the goods
03

Packing

Packing is matched to the material, the route and the equipment at the receiving end — drum, IBC, bag or big bag.

Packing plan Format, net weight and labelling
04

Repeat supply

The grade, origin and packing of an approved order are recorded so the next container matches the last one.

Consistency Recorded grade for repeat orders

Materials buyers ask for first

Representative grades across the families requested most often. Any line can be quoted on its own or as a mixed container with other materials.

What an order actually pins down

Six dimensions decide whether a grade is right for your line. Confirm them with us and the quotation stops being a guess.

Applications

Where the materials are used

Most enquiries start from an application rather than a catalogue page. These are the jobs buyers bring to us most often.

01

Detergents and cleaning

Surfactant raw materials, builders and auxiliary chemicals for household and industrial cleaning formulations.

02

Water and waste-water treatment

Coagulants, flocculants and pH-control materials for municipal, industrial and process water treatment.

03

Food, beverage and feed

Acidulants, preservatives, anti-caking agents and processing aids supplied against food and feed grade requirements.

04

Industrial and process chemistry

Inorganic salts, minerals and specialty intermediates for production, surface treatment and manufacturing processes.

05

Personal care and home care

Preservatives, pH adjusters and functional raw materials for cosmetic and household products.

06

Private-label and OEM

Grades, packing and labelling configured for a buyer's own brand, market and container plan.

Documentation

The paperwork travels with the material

Documentation is assembled per order and per destination market, not left to the buyer to chase.

Certificate
01 Technical data sheet Specification, appearance, assay and typical physical data for the grade supplied.
02 Certificate of analysis Batch-level analysis against the agreed specification, issued for the delivered lot.
03 Safety data Hazard classification, handling, storage and transport information for the grade.
04 Packing statement Packing type, net weight, labelling and container loading for your route.
Steel drum, IBC and bag packing formats

Packing is confirmed with the order, not after it

Packing and shipping

Packed for the material and the route

The format is matched to the material, the container and the equipment at the receiving end, and written into the packing statement.

Steel drum Sealed drums for liquids, pastes and moisture-sensitive materials.
IBC and tote Intermediate bulk containers for bulk liquid supply and in-plant handling.
Woven and paper bags 25 kg and 50 kg bags for powders, granules and crystalline products.
Big bag 500 kg to 1,000 kg FIBCs for high-volume dry materials.

Loading is planned so several materials can travel in one container without compromising any of them.

From enquiry to container

Six steps, one owner per step

Every order follows the same six steps, so what arrives is what was quoted.

Manufacturing
01

Enquiry and specification review

The product, the required assay, the limits that matter and the destination are agreed.

Output Written specification and grade shortlist
02

Candidate grades are compared on assay, impurities, form and handling.

Output Matched grade list with alternatives
03

Sample evaluation

An evaluation sample is supplied so the grade is tested in your own process first.

Output Approved grade and packing
04

Batch analysis

The production batch is analysed against the agreed specification and the result is recorded.

Output Certificate of analysis per batch
05

Chemical Raw Material Safety Data Sheet Guide

Master the Chemical Raw Material Safety Data Sheet with our complete guide. Learn the 16 GHS sections, practical tips, and compliance best practices.

We supply a broad portfolio of industrial and food-grade chemical raw materials, including organic acids such as citric acid (monohydrate and anhydrous), surfactants such as LABSA 96%, water treatment chemicals such as polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), inorganic salts such as zinc sulfate, preservatives such as ethylparaben, plus fluorescent brighteners, molecular sieves and specialty intermediates. Every grade is supported by a technical data sheet and a batch-specific certificate of analysis.
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services: private-label bag and drum printing, custom pack sizes from 1 kg sample bags up to 1000 kg IBC containers, neutral or buyer-branded packaging, and multilingual labels and documents. We can also blend, mill or repack to your specification, and match the CAS number, purity and particle size required by your process.
MOQ depends on the product. Most commodity grades start at 1 metric ton (25 kg bags or 200 kg drums); specialty and fine chemicals can start from 1 kg or a 25 kg drum for trial orders. Mixed-product container orders are welcome. We can combine several grades to fill a 20ft or 40ft FCL, or ship LCL if you prefer a smaller first order.
Yes. Free samples of standard grades (typically 500 g to 1 kg) are available; you only cover the courier freight, which is refundable against your first bulk order. Samples are dispatched within 3-5 working days together with the COA. Custom-synthesised or specially packed samples take about 7-15 days.
Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy; L/C at sight is also accepted for larger orders. Goods in stock ship within 7-15 days, while production orders normally take 20-30 days after deposit and confirmation of the specification. Sea freight transit time depends on the destination port, and we can arrange FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery.
Every batch is tested in our own laboratory by HPLC, GC or titration, and the results are issued as a batch certificate of analysis (COA). Our facilities operate under ISO 9001 quality management, and products comply with REACH and RoHS where applicable. A sealed retention sample of every batch is kept for two years, so any quality claim can be traced and verified quickly.
