FAQ

Answers to common questions on grades, packing, minimum order quantities, lead times and export documents for chemical raw material supply.

We supply a broad portfolio of industrial and food-grade chemical raw materials, including organic acids such as citric acid (monohydrate and anhydrous), surfactants such as LABSA 96%, water treatment chemicals such as polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), inorganic salts such as zinc sulfate, preservatives such as ethylparaben, plus fluorescent brighteners, molecular sieves and specialty intermediates. Every grade is supported by a technical data sheet and a batch-specific certificate of analysis.
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services: private-label bag and drum printing, custom pack sizes from 1 kg sample bags up to 1000 kg IBC containers, neutral or buyer-branded packaging, and multilingual labels and documents. We can also blend, mill or repack to your specification, and match the CAS number, purity and particle size required by your process.
MOQ depends on the product. Most commodity grades start at 1 metric ton (25 kg bags or 200 kg drums); specialty and fine chemicals can start from 1 kg or a 25 kg drum for trial orders. Mixed-product container orders are welcome. We can combine several grades to fill a 20ft or 40ft FCL, or ship LCL if you prefer a smaller first order.
Yes. Free samples of standard grades (typically 500 g to 1 kg) are available; you only cover the courier freight, which is refundable against your first bulk order. Samples are dispatched within 3-5 working days together with the COA. Custom-synthesised or specially packed samples take about 7-15 days.
Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy; L/C at sight is also accepted for larger orders. Goods in stock ship within 7-15 days, while production orders normally take 20-30 days after deposit and confirmation of the specification. Sea freight transit time depends on the destination port, and we can arrange FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery.
Every batch is tested in our own laboratory by HPLC, GC or titration, and the results are issued as a batch certificate of analysis (COA). Our facilities operate under ISO 9001 quality management, and products comply with REACH and RoHS where applicable. A sealed retention sample of every batch is kept for two years, so any quality claim can be traced and verified quickly.
Standard packing is 25 kg kraft paper or woven bags with an inner PE liner, 200 kg drums, or 1000 kg IBC containers; fibre drums and custom pack sizes are available on request. All packaging is UN-certified where the goods are classified as dangerous. We supply the full export documentation: packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, safety data sheet (SDS) and, where required, fumigation or dangerous goods certificates.
Please tell us the product name and CAS number, the grade or purity you require, the quantity, the packing preference and the destination port. If you have a target specification or a reference brand, share it and we will confirm whether we can match it. With these details we normally reply with a detailed quotation, COA and SDS within 24 hours.
