How we work

A chemical supplier that starts from the specification

Grade matching, documentation and bulk supply for formulators, distributors and OEM programmes.

A China-based supplier of industrial and food-grade chemical raw materials: organic acids, water treatment chemicals, salts, esters and specialty intermediates, supplied with TDS and batch COA.

Scope
Organic acids, industrial and specialty chemicals, flocculants, inorganic salts, food and feed additives, surfactant raw materials
Documentation
Technical data sheet, batch certificate of analysis and safety data with each order
Packing
Drum, IBC, woven or paper bag and big bag, matched to the material and the route
Order basis
Evaluation sample on approval, then a volume or mixed container
Chemical plant interior
Specification and analysis record Drum, IBC and bag packing formats
Specification The assay, the limits that matter and the net weight are confirmed against the grade before the order is fixed.
Documents Technical data, the batch certificate of analysis and safety information are assembled per order and destination.
Dispatch Packing and loading are planned so the goods and the documents travel together.

Three views of the same order: specification, documentation, dispatch.

Built around the specification

One source across families, one answer per grade

A buyer does not want four suppliers, four document formats and four packing plans. They want one place where the grade, the certificate and the packing agree.

Chemical raw materials, supplied with the paperwork that goes with them

We are a China-based supplier and exporter of industrial and food-grade chemical raw materials. Our range covers organic acids, water treatment chemicals, inorganic salts, surfactants, flocculants, emulsifiers, preservatives and specialty intermediates — the grades that formulators, water plants, detergent producers and food manufacturers reorder again and again.

Our work is deliberately narrow: take a specification, match it to a production source that can hold it batch after batch, verify the material, and ship it with the documents the receiving plant needs. We are not a marketplace.

What we supply

  • Organic acids and acidulants — citric acid monohydrate and anhydrous, LABSA 96%
  • Water treatment chemicals — polyaluminium chloride, cationic polyacrylamide
  • Inorganic salts and minerals — zinc sulfate, carbon molecular sieves
  • Esters and preservatives — ethylparaben
  • Emulsifiers, flocculants and auxiliaries — polyglycerol esters, fluorescent brightener CBS-X, polyanionic cellulose

How we work

  • Specification first. Tell us the CAS number, assay, particle size or viscosity you need, and we confirm what the source can actually deliver before quoting.
  • Documents by default. Every shipment is accompanied by a technical data sheet and a batch-specific certificate of analysis, plus a safety data sheet where the classification requires one.
  • One contact. The person who quotes your order also follows the batch, the documents and the shipment.
  • Flexible packing. From 1 kg sample bags up to 1000 kg IBC containers, neutral or buyer-branded.

Who we work with

Formulators, distributors and manufacturers who buy by specification rather than by picture: water treatment contractors, detergent and cleaning product producers, food and beverage processors, cosmetics and personal care manufacturers, and industrial processors who need a stable second source.

Talk to us

Send the product, the quantity and the destination port, and we will come back with a specification-matched quotation and the documents that apply to that grade.

What working with us means

Four commitments we are held to

01

Specification before stock

Assay, limits, form and packing are reviewed against the application before anything is committed.

Agreed spec Written specification and grade reference
02

Batch analysis

The batch is analysed against the agreed specification and the result is recorded before release.

Certificate Batch certificate of analysis issued per lot
03

Paperwork travels with the goods

Technical data, certificate and safety data are prepared for the destination market, not left to the buyer to chase.

Document set TDS, COA and safety data with the shipment
04

Repeat supply

The grade, origin and packing of an approved order are recorded so the next container matches the last one.

Consistency Recorded grade for repeat orders
How the range grew

From one family to a matched, documented range

01

What your quality team can ask for

Certificate
01 Technical data sheet Specification, appearance, assay and typical physical data for the grade supplied.
02 Certificate of analysis Batch-level analysis against the agreed specification, issued for the delivered lot.
03 Safety and packing data Hazard classification, handling, storage and packing statement for your route.
Grade matching and supply capability

Specification, packing and dispatch in one flow

Grade and origin matching Candidate grades compared on assay, impurities, form and handling
Packing and net weight Format and net weight written into the packing statement
Documentation TDS, COA and safety data assembled per order and destination
Private label Own brand, labelling and container plan configured per market
Sample first An evaluation sample is supplied before a volume order is fixed
Batch traceability Grade, origin and packing recorded for repeat orders
Sample bottles and packing plan

One flow from specification to dispatch — matched, documented and packed under one order.

We supply a broad portfolio of industrial and food-grade chemical raw materials, including organic acids such as citric acid (monohydrate and anhydrous), surfactants such as LABSA 96%, water treatment chemicals such as polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), inorganic salts such as zinc sulfate, preservatives such as ethylparaben, plus fluorescent brighteners, molecular sieves and specialty intermediates. Every grade is supported by a technical data sheet and a batch-specific certificate of analysis.
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services: private-label bag and drum printing, custom pack sizes from 1 kg sample bags up to 1000 kg IBC containers, neutral or buyer-branded packaging, and multilingual labels and documents. We can also blend, mill or repack to your specification, and match the CAS number, purity and particle size required by your process.
MOQ depends on the product. Most commodity grades start at 1 metric ton (25 kg bags or 200 kg drums); specialty and fine chemicals can start from 1 kg or a 25 kg drum for trial orders. Mixed-product container orders are welcome. We can combine several grades to fill a 20ft or 40ft FCL, or ship LCL if you prefer a smaller first order.
Yes. Free samples of standard grades (typically 500 g to 1 kg) are available; you only cover the courier freight, which is refundable against your first bulk order. Samples are dispatched within 3-5 working days together with the COA. Custom-synthesised or specially packed samples take about 7-15 days.
Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy; L/C at sight is also accepted for larger orders. Goods in stock ship within 7-15 days, while production orders normally take 20-30 days after deposit and confirmation of the specification. Sea freight transit time depends on the destination port, and we can arrange FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery.
Every batch is tested in our own laboratory by HPLC, GC or titration, and the results are issued as a batch certificate of analysis (COA). Our facilities operate under ISO 9001 quality management, and products comply with REACH and RoHS where applicable. A sealed retention sample of every batch is kept for two years, so any quality claim can be traced and verified quickly.
