Send a specification, a grade or a question
Send the product, grade, quantity, packing and destination port and we will quote your chemical raw material enquiry against specification, with samples available before a bulk order.
Enquiries are routed to the supply desk with the grade, quantity and packing attached.
What makes the first reply accurateTell us the material and the specification
Grade or assay, quantity, packing and the destination port get the quotation right in one round.
Tell us what you need to buy
Send the product name or CAS number, the grade or assay, the quantity, the packing you prefer and the destination port. With those five details we can quote accurately the first time instead of asking you to repeat yourself.
- Product and CAS number — for example citric acid monohydrate, CAS 5949-29-1
- Grade, assay or purity — food grade, industrial grade, technical grade
- Quantity and pack size — sample bag, 25 kg bag, fibre drum, 1000 kg IBC
- Destination port and Incoterm — FOB, CIF or another arrangement
- Documents your plant requires — TDS, batch COA, SDS, GHS-compliant labelling
Samples and quotations
Samples can be arranged before a bulk order so your laboratory can release the grade first. Quotations are prepared per specification and per quantity, so a figure applies to the configuration quoted and not to the product family as a whole.
Languages
Enquiries are handled in English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish and German. Technical questions are passed to the person who knows that product rather than answered from a script.
