How we work

A food additive supplier that starts from the specification

Grade matching, documentation and bulk supply for manufacturers, distributors and private-label programmes.

Scope
Sweeteners and sugar replacers, acidulants and pH regulators, preservatives and shelf-life systems, hydrocolloids and thickeners, emulsifiers and stabilisers, flavour enhancers, vitamins and amino acids, enzymes and processing aids
Documentation
Technical data sheet, batch material certificate and approval data with each order
Packing
Bag, drum, big bag and IBC, matched to the grade and the route
Order basis
Trial quantity on approval, then a full or mixed container
Ingredient blending and packing hall
Specification and analysis record Bag, drum and big bag packing formats
Specification The grade, assay, granulation and net weight are confirmed against the specification before the order is fixed.
Documents Technical data, the batch material certificate and approval information are assembled per order and destination.
Dispatch Packing and loading are planned so the goods and the documents travel together.

Three views of the same order: specification, documentation, dispatch.

Built around the specification

One source across families, one answer per product

A buyer does not want four suppliers, four document formats and four packing plans. They want one place where the product, the certificate and the packing agree.

About us

We supply food-grade additives and ingredients to food and beverage manufacturers, ingredient distributors and importers. We quote against a written specification rather than a trade name: the ingredient, its E-number and CAS number, the grade standard, the assay, the granulation and the pack are set down before a price is given.

What we do

We source, test and export food additives against a documented specification. Every lot leaves with a certificate of analysis carrying its own lot number, and the safety data sheet and technical data sheet travel with the first shipment.

How we work

  • Specification first: grade, assay, granulation and pack are written down before a price is quoted.

  • Documented lots: a certificate of analysis is issued per lot, with the tested values for the specification axes.

  • Sampled first: a trial quantity is released for your line and laboratory check before the bulk order is confirmed.

  • Traced batches: batch coding runs from intake to the pallet label and is released on request.

Tell us the ingredient, the grade and the quantity. You get the unit price, the lead time and the full dossier back in one reply.

What working with us means

Four commitments we are held to

01

Specification before stock

Grade, assay, granulation and packing are reviewed against the formulation before anything is committed.

Agreed spec Written specification and product reference
02

Batch testing

The lot is sampled and tested against the agreed specification and the result is recorded before release.

Certificate Batch material certificate issued per batch
03

Paperwork travels with the goods

Technical data, certificate and approval data are prepared for the destination market, not left to the buyer to chase.

Document set Data sheet, material certificate and approval data with the shipment
04

Repeat supply

The product, material and packing of an approved order are recorded so the next container matches the last one.

Consistency Recorded product for repeat orders
How the range grew

From one family to a matched, documented range

01

Acidulants and pH regulators

Citric, malic, lactic and tartaric acids and their salts for acidity control and flavour balance.

Family Grades matched to the formulation
02

Preservatives and shelf-life

Sorbates, benzoates and fermentation-derived protectants for shelf-life control.

Family Material and connection agreed per product
03

Hydrocolloids and thickeners

Gums, starches, maltodextrins and soluble fibres for texture and body.

Family Dosage guidance on request
04

Emulsifiers, enzymes and processing aids

Mono- and diglycerides, esters, amylases and proteases supplied to food-grade specification.

What your quality team can ask for

Certificate
01 Technical data sheet Assay, granulation, solubility and typical values for the ingredient supplied.
02 Certificate of analysis Batch-level inspection against the agreed specification, issued for the delivered batch.
03 Safety and packing data Grade, allergen statement and packing declaration for your route.
Product matching and supply capability

Specification, packing and dispatch in one flow

Grade and origin matching Candidate grades compared on assay, granulation, grade standard and pack
Packing and net weight Format and net weight written into the packing statement
Documentation Data sheet, material certificate and approval data assembled per order and destination
Private label Own brand, labelling and container plan configured per market
Sample first An evaluation sample is supplied before a volume order is fixed
Batch traceability Product, material and packing recorded for repeat orders
Sample bottles and packing plan

One flow from specification to dispatch — matched, documented and packed under one order.

We supply sweeteners and sugar replacers, acidulants and pH regulators, preservatives and shelf-life systems, hydrocolloids and thickeners, emulsifiers and stabilisers, flavour enhancers and seasonings, vitamins and amino acids, and enzymes and processing aids.
Yes. Private-label packing is available on most lines: bag, drum or big bag printed to your artwork, with the specification and the document set unchanged. Minimum quantities apply per pack format and are stated with the quotation.
The minimum depends on the ingredient and the pack size. Most lines start at one pallet, and sample quantities are released separately before the bulk order is confirmed. The exact figure for your line is stated on the quotation.
Yes. A trial quantity is released for your line trial and laboratory check before the bulk order is confirmed. The sample is drawn from the lot you would receive, so what you approve is what ships.
Lead time depends on the ingredient and on whether the grade is stocked or made to order. The quotation states the production slot and the transit time to your port, so both are fixed before you commit.
Each lot is tested against the specification axes and released only against a passed result. A certificate of analysis is issued per lot, carrying the lot number and the tested values for assay, loss on drying, sieve and the other declared axes.
