Sourcing, quality control and dispatch
Product matching, incoming inspection, documentation, batch testing and export packing under one quality process.
Five stages, each closing on a released checkpoint
Specification and product matching
The formulation, the required specification, the limits that matter and the destination are reviewed before anything is committed to the order.
Incoming inspection
Each delivery is checked on receipt for identity, quantity, packing condition and the batch number against the order.
Documentation
The technical data sheet, material certificate and approval data are assembled per order and prepared for the destination market.
Batch testing
The lot is sampled and tested against the agreed specification and the result is recorded before the certificate is issued.
Packing and dispatch
The agreed format is packed, sealed and labelled to the order, and the documents are packed so they travel with the goods.

Manufacturing
Five stages run from intake to released lot, with a checkpoint on each one. Where a grade is standardised or blended, the blend sheet is written and retained so a repeat order can be matched to the lot that preceded it.
Intake and identity testing
Supplier certificates are checked and an intake sample is taken before a lot is accepted. The lot is then tested against the specification axes, and the assay, loss-on-drying and sieve results are recorded.
Blending, packing and release
Food-contact packing, lot coding and the pallet pattern are applied under the pack instruction. A certificate of analysis is issued and the goods are released only against a passed result.
